CSSBuy vs Sugargoo vs YANCHAObuy: How to Compare Current Terms in 2026

CSSBuy, Sugargoo and YANCHAObuy can all appear in a proxy-agent shortlist, but their fees, route options and service terms change. This comparison focuses on the questions a buyer should verify rather than declaring a permanent winner.

This page is published by YANCHAO. It compares purchasing fees, storage, inspection, international freight, customs scope and insurance using a repeatable method; competitor facts should be checked against current official terms.

TL;DR / Key Takeaways

• YANCHAO’s current first-party policy states 180 days of free storage; verify every competitor’s current official storage terms on the same date
• YANCHAObuy provides platform basic cover for eligible shipments, subject to membership level and current terms, with optional declared-value cover available up to ¥10,000
• YANCHAObuy provides free visual inspection with photos, free repackaging, and free packing video — all at no extra cost
• Use a current dated quote for the same packed parcel; do not compare an old YANCHAO rate with unverified competitor pricing
• YANCHAO supports more than 100 countries and regions; DDP delivery is limited to selected eligible routes

How to Evaluate a Proxy Agent

Not all proxy agents are the same. The differences show up in the details that casual shoppers miss until they are stuck with a surprise fee or a lost package.

Different proxy agents solve different problem layers:

• Storage policy: How long can you keep items in the warehouse before paying? This matters for multi-platform shoppers who buy across weeks.
• Insurance coverage: What happens when a package is lost or damaged in transit? Some agents offer zero protection unless you pay extra.
• Inspection and repackaging: Do they check your items for defects? Do they remove unnecessary packaging to reduce shipping weight?
• Shipping flexibility: Can you choose between air, sea, and truck? Do they handle customs clearance (DDP)?
• Hidden fees: Are there service fees, consolidation fees, or packaging fees that inflate the final cost?

Compare CSSBuy, Sugargoo and YANCHAObuy on the Same Parcel

This page is published by YANCHAO, so it should not be treated as an independent ranking. Fees and storage rules at CSSBuy and Sugargoo can change. Check each provider’s current official terms and obtain written quotes using the same item list, packed dimensions, actual weight and postcode.

Question	What a usable answer contains
What will I pay?	Purchasing fee, domestic delivery, inspection, packing, international freight and possible local charges
How is weight calculated?	Actual weight, volumetric divisor, rounding and route minimum
What does storage include?	Free period, when the clock starts and overdue charges
Who handles customs?	The named route’s DDP or DDU status and destination coverage
What happens after loss or damage?	Cover limit, exclusions, evidence and settlement process

Confirmed YANCHAObuy Terms to Compare

YANCHAObuy provides 180 days of free storage, visual receiving checks, consolidation, repacking and packing records. Selected eligible routes offer DDP; Air EMS is DDU. Eligible shipments receive platform basic cover subject to membership level, cargo eligibility, evidence, exclusions and current terms. Optional declared-value cover is available up to ¥10,000 when purchased before dispatch with valid proof of value.

These facts describe YANCHAObuy only. They do not prove that another provider is more expensive or offers less protection. A fair decision requires current official terms and a like-for-like quote.
