How to Use GoNest for Shipping Your Kakobuy Packages

GoNest receives packages from Kakobuy, and we welcome every Kakobuy user to use our service.

Not only that, we can also receive packages from platforms such as CNfans, ACBuy, and Joyagoo. You can use these platforms to purchase your package and then forward it to our warehouse.

So how can we transfer the Kakobuy package to our GoNest warehouse? Please take a look at the tutorial we provide, which is roughly divided into four steps.

Video Tutorial on Kakobuy’s Package Transfer to GoNest

Please follow the instructions in the video and complete the GoNest registration and then transfer the package to our warehouse according to the four steps we provide.

You need to complete the following steps:
Step 1: Register a GoNest account.
Step 2: Go to Kakobuy and fill in the address.
Step 3: Purchase your package on Kakobuy and wait for it to be delivered to the Kakobuy warehouse.
Step 4: Ship the Kakobuy package to the GoNest warehouse address.

Fill in the GoNest Warehouse Address

If you follow our tutorial to fill in the address, it should look exactly the same as the example shown below. All you need to do is replicate the complete steps from the video tutorial, without adding your own changes.

In addition, the address information contains your user details. Remember, the number in the format 123-456-78 that looks like a house number is actually your user ID. We use this to receive the package and identify that it belongs to you.

So under no circumstances should you delete this number.

How to Shop on Kakobuy

You can continue using Kakobuy as you normally do. For example, use product links to find items on Kakobuy, then add them to your cart and complete the payment. In short, your usual shopping steps on Kakobuy will not change.

Of course, if you prefer other platforms, you can also shop in different ways—for instance, through our recommended CNFans or GoNest Buy.

How to Ship Packages to the GoNest Warehouse

Once all your packages have arrived at the Kakobuy warehouse, you can combine them into one parcel and then forward it to the GoNest warehouse address you filled in. After that, just wait for the Kakobuy staff to send the package to us.

In addition, if you encounter any issues where the package cannot be shipped to our warehouse address, you will need to contact the Kakobuy staff and ask them to help you send the package offline.

Do I need to pay shipping fees?
Yes, you will need to pay two shipping fees:

1. The first fee is paid to Kakobuy for forwarding your package to the GoNest warehouse. This usually costs around 100–200 RMB, depending on the weight (typically 10kg to 15kg).
2. The second fee is paid to GoNest. Once your package arrives at the GoNest warehouse, you can request repacking, and at that point, we will charge the shipping fee to deliver it to your actual residential address.

How can I check GoNest’s shipping fees?
You can use the shipping calculator provided by GoNest to check the costs for supported countries. Alternatively, you may contact our customer service team, and we will calculate the shipping fee for you.

Do I need to handle customs duties?
If you choose the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) line, you do not need to deal with customs duties. We will handle everything for you—all you need to do is wait for the package to arrive at your doorstep.

Does GoNest offer insurance services? How does compensation work?
Yes, GoNest provides insurance services. Compensation is handled according to the terms of the insurance. For example, if your package is lost during transit or unfortunately seized by customs, you may be eligible for full reimbursement up to the insured amount. If you purchased insurance coverage of 1000 RMB, you can receive compensation of up to 1000 RMB. Please refer to the insurance policy details for specific terms.

Will there be any additional fees?
Our shipping fees are all-inclusive. If there are any extra charges required, we will inform you before shipping your package. All charges are fully transparent—there are no hidden fees.

Why do I need to pay shipping twice?
After you pay the initial shipping fee on GoNest, a second payment may be required because we use a pay-adjustment system. In simple terms:

• The first payment is a pre-estimated shipping fee.
• The final shipping fee is calculated after your package is fully packed.
• If the final fee is lower than the estimate, we will refund the difference.
• If the final fee is higher than the estimate, you will need to pay the remaining balance.
