Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Select Your Destination
In the “Receiving Country/Region” field, choose your destination.
Example: United Kingdom
Step 2: Choose the Type of Goods
In the “Item Type” dropdown, select one of the following:
- General Goods (e.g. clothes, books, toys)
- Sensitive Goods (e.g. batteries, liquids)
Example: General Goods
Step 3: Enter the Package Weight
Enter the package weight in grams (g).
Example: 10,000g = 10kg
Step 4 (Optional): Fill in Package Dimensions
If you know the length, width, and height (in centimeters), enter them. The system will calculate the dimensional weight and charge based on the greater of actual vs volumetric weight.
If you leave it blank, the system calculates based on actual weight.
Step 5: Click “Start Calculation”
Click the yellow Start Calculation button to view available shipping methods, estimated delivery time, and costs.
