FAQs

What payment methods are supported? Are refunds available?

We support three payment methods on GoNest: Alipay, credit card, and WeChat Pay.

If your parcel is cancel, lost or damaged, we will handle claims in the following manner:

  • Your order has not yet been shipped, We will cancel your order and refund the shipping fee via the original payment method.
  • If you did not purchase insurance, we will refund your shipping fee and compensate you for your goods loss at a standard of 40 yuan/kg.
  • If you find that the goods are damaged upon receipt, we will provide you with compensation of 50-200 yuan based on the degree of damage. The maximum compensation we can apply for is 500 yuan.
  • If you purchased insurance, we will process a claim based on the insurance policy’s coverage. Please contact our customer service and provide proof of insurance purchase to obtain compensation.

After you complete the registration, we will provide a unique warehouse address that belongs to you. The address contains a UID number, for example:

In this example warehouse address, 786-***-40 is the UID number. Everyone has a different and unique one. We use this to determine who the package belongs to and register it to the account associated with that UID number.

When your package shows as signed, it means the courier has delivered it to our warehouse. You just need to wait for our warehouse personnel to register the package to your UID account. The status will be updated to the next step then.

Note: if you encounter our weekend holidays or during other holiday periods, the registration time will be delayed. So you only need to wait, or confirm with our customer service personnel that the delivery location is correct.

The list of countries included in our shipping calculator is the list of countries we currently support for shipping. If you find that your country is not listed, it is possible that the route has not yet been opened. Please confirm with our customer service whether shipping is still unavailable.

We currently offer air freight, sea freight, and trucking.

Please note: We do not offer three transportation options in every country. We will provide the most suitable transportation route according to your country and region. For specific details, please consult our customer service personnel.

Track your package’s shipment information, divided into domestic (China) package information and international package information:

  • Chinese package: You can register the logistics number of your parcel into your account so that you can view it directly through GoNest. Alternatively, you can view the latest logistics tracking updates for your parcel in the shopping software you used. For example, you can view this information from “My Orders” on Taobao.
  • International Package: On the Order Management page in GoNest, you can view specific logistics information. This information is generally synchronized 3-5 days after the order begins shipping.

If your parcel’s shipping information is abnormally updated, please contact our customer service personnel to manually check for you.

Additional fees are charges that are due after your package’s actual shipping fee is confirmed. You will need to pay an extra fee in the following situations:

  • Your package length exceeds the limit after packing.
  • Your package’s total perimeter exceeds the limit after packing.
  • The weight of your package exceeds the maximum weight limit for a single package.

Our shipping routes include two types of terms: DDP and DDU.

  • DDP: Means delivered duty paid. We are responsible for all customs issues throughout the entire process. You don’t need to do anything. You only need to cooperate with us by providing some information (if needed), and we will handle all customs issues before delivering the goods to your door.
  • DDU: means that the buyer is responsible for handling customs duties. So if you choose this shipping method, you need to handle it personally when the goods arrive at customs. You can pick up your package after you have paid the customs duties.
