So how can you forward those items to our GoNest warehouse? Below, we’ll walk you through the process and help you manage your shipments more effectively.

How to Begin the Transfer?

The first step is to obtain the address of the destination warehouse. If you wish to transfer your packages to the GoNest warehouse, you’ll need to get our warehouse address. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Go to gonest.cn and register an account. After registration, you will be redirected to your personal dashboard.
  2. In your personal dashboard, you will find the warehouse address, displayed exactly as shown in the reference image.

You can use this address when filling out recipient information at CNfans, Joyagoo, AllChinaBuy, or any other platforms that support domestic Chinese addresses.

What if you can’t complete the registration?
Try logging in with your Google account. This often makes the registration process much easier. If you encounter any other issues, feel free to contact us directly.

Forwarding Packages from CNfans

First, confirm that CNfans allows parcels to be forwarded to a different warehouse. If permitted, input the GoNest warehouse address as your new receiving address on their platform.

Next, contact CNfans customer service to request the forwarding of your packages to the new address and to settle the shipping fees.

Finally, notify our GoNest customer service team so we can be prepared to receive your packages properly.

You may also register these parcels under your GoNest account. Use the tracking number provided by CNfans and enter it into the package management section on our website. This will help you keep track of your shipments, and we will be able to match and record them to your account upon receipt.

Forwarding Packages from Joyagoo

Currently, we’re not fully certain whether Joyagoo supports Chinese address input. If you’re unable to add our warehouse address on their website or app, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact their customer support and express your need to forward packages to another warehouse. Wait for their confirmation.
  2. Provide them with our GoNest warehouse address as your new delivery destination. Simply copy and paste the address from our website.
  3. When they ship out your packages, pay the required shipping fee and request the tracking number for the delivery.
  4. Use this new tracking number to log into your GoNest account and enter the information in the package management section. If you have multiple numbers, register each one separately.
  5. Finally, notify our customer service team to confirm your forwarding details so we can be ready to receive the shipment.

Forwarding Packages from AllChinaBuy

From what we’ve heard, AllChinaBuy does support entering Chinese addresses, but they may not offer forwarding services directly. We recommend confirming this with their customer service team.

If they don’t provide online forwarding services, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact their customer service and inform them of your need to forward packages to a new warehouse. Wait for their response.
  2. Provide the GoNest warehouse address as your new delivery address.
  3. Wait for them to calculate the shipping fee, make payment, and ask them for the final tracking number of the shipment.
  4. Use this tracking number to log into your GoNest account and register it under the package management feature. For multiple packages, enter each number one by one.
  5. Finally, contact our team to confirm the status of your forwarded packages so we can prepare for their arrival.

If they offer the option to input forwarding information online, you only need to update your shipping address to our warehouse address and submit your forwarding request.

What if CNfans, Joyagoo, or AllChinaBuy refuse to forward my packages?
Please contact our customer service and provide screenshots of the issues you encountered. We’ll work with you to find a solution.

What if I can’t pay the shipping fee?
If you are unable to pay the fee due to payment method restrictions or other reasons, your packages won’t be forwarded. In that case, you can contact us and proceed as follows:

  1. Provide the contact information of the warehouse staff. Our team will reach out to them on your behalf and arrange forwarding to our warehouse.
  2. You will still need to cover the shipping fee. We can collect the payment via methods you can access, such as PayPal. Once received, we will pay the fee for you and coordinate a pickup service.
  3. Finally, we’ll inform you of the result and completion of the transfer process.

What if the warehouse doesn’t allow forwarding to other addresses?
In most cases, they may only restrict frequent forwarding. If this is your first time, you should contact their support and explain your situation—this is your right. If they still refuse, consider requesting a return and reordering your items to be delivered directly to our GoNest warehouse address on any Chinese shopping platform.
