STEP 1

STEP 2
Download and install the Taobao app from the app store, then start filling in the shipping address：

2. Open the Taobao app and switch the language to English.

5. Copy the Gonest warehouse address.
6. Click “Smart Fill” and paste the address.

STEP 3
Enter the official POP MART flagship store and start selecting your POP MART blind boxes.：
1. Enter in the Taobao search bar: 泡泡玛特
2. Click on the first search result to enter
3. Freely select available Pop Mart items in stock
4. Add to cart and proceed to checkout
5. Choose the shipping address as the Gonest warehouse address just added
6. Pay for the order
STEP 4
All packages have arrived at Gonest’s warehouse, and the next step is to transport your packages back to your country：
1. Log in to your Gonest account and access the parcel management feature.
2. Select the package you want to ship and click “Submit.”
3. Add your actual residential address.
4. Choose your shipping route.
5. Pay your shipping fee.
6. Wait for the warehouse to repack and confirm the final shipping cost.
STEP 5
Your package is ready and on its way to the destination!
You may need to pay some additional fees, which is normal. This is because the repackaged parcel will have its weight and dimensions recalculated.
What you need to do:
1. Pay additional shipping fees (if required)
2. Wait for the package to depart for the port
3. Within 3 to 5 days, we will sync the package’s tracking number and logistics information
4. Monitor the package status and stay alert for notifications we send you
5. The package clears customs and awaits final delivery
6. Sign for your package
